1. Pick Your Party Type

From our booking page, you’ll start by selecting the kind of event you’re hosting:

• Birthday Parties & Family Events: Turn your driveway into the best game zone on the block. Great for birthdays, family parties, or just because.
• School, Church & Non-Profit Events: Perfect for school field days, youth group nights, and fundraising events that need something actually fun.

Our Group Event Setup starts at $750—ideal for schools, churches, fundraisers, or company events. We know how to handle larger groups and keep a rotating schedule going to make sure everyone gets a turn.

Sim Car Outdoor Setup – $100

Full racing setup under a weatherproof canopy. It gives you even more space to play with and keeps the party going inside and outside the truck. 

Outdoor Gaming Add-On – $75

Switch Sports or Just Dance on a giant screen—perfect for dance-offs, group play, or just burning off cake energy. ( You always want to include burning off energy in a party rental checklist; we’ll tell you that much. 

Chairs & Tables

• Chairs: $2 each
• Tables: $10 each

Handy for food tables, gift stations, or a shady seat for Grandma. (Bonus: we set them up for you.)

Heads-up: These extras are popular and limited—if you want them, add them at checkout. We can’t guarantee availability on party day.

4. Check the Live Calendar

Our real-time calendar shows all open slots. If it’s clickable, it’s bookable. No back-and-forth emails or guesswork.

Pro tip from our party planning timeline: weekends fill fast—book at least 2–4 weeks out, especially during summer or holidays.

Once you click your time, submit your request. No payment is needed right away. You’ll receive a confirmation email once we review and approve your details.

5. Customize the Setup

This is where the event setup process goes from generic to custom-made, because here, you’ll tell us exactly who and how we’re celebrating. 

• Birthday star’s name and age (so we can make them feel like the VIP they are)
• Headcount—how many players are we prepping for? 10? 40? It helps us manage the fun.
• Parking info—we need 55 feet of level curb space, like an RV. Driveways? Usually a no-go.
• Game rating preferences—is your crew cool with M-rated games, or do we keep it family-friendly?
• Special notes—gate codes, shy birthday kid, and sensory needs—are all welcome.
• Photo/social media consent—totally optional, but if you’re cool with us sharing the fun, we love giving shoutouts.

6. Final Details & Confirmation

Now we’ll grab the basics: your name, email, phone number, and party address. After that, you’ll see a summary of your booking: package, extras, and any travel fee that might apply (if you’re more than 10 miles from Hoffman Estates, IL).

7. Secure Your Spot

Now that you’ve picked your package, date, and add-ons, all you need to do is make it official. We’ll send you a payment link where you can drop a 50% deposit to lock in your reservation. 

Not ready to pay all at once? Just call or email us. We know planning a party is expensive, and we’re happy to work out a plan that fits your needs. Just keep in mind that your date won’t be confirmed until that deposit is in. We just can’t hold spots without it, especially on weekends.
